Capital firm invests in regional landscaping company | Business Observer


FORT MYERS – New York-based private equity firm Bregal Partners has made an undisclosed investment in Juniper Landscaping, one of Florida’s largest and fastest growing commercial landscaping companies.

Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Juniper, a Fort Myers-based family business and in operation since its founding in 2001, plans to use the funds to “continue to continue to grow acquisitions in its target markets,” according to a statement. Under the leadership of CEO Brandon Duke, the company has expanded its presence across Florida, through organic and acquisition growth, the release said. It currently serves over 1,500 properties through a network of 15 local branches in Bonita Springs, Bradenton, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Naples, Ocala, Orlando, Tampa, Venice and Vero Beach.

Clients include homeowners associations, business clients, and municipalities, and the company was named one of the top 20 US landscaping companies in the 2021 Lawn and Landscape Top 100.
